Personal Training in Aberdeen

My personal training sessions are focused and fun, created specifically for you with my wealth of experience to help you achieve your goals. Personal training can be one-to-one or small groups of friends and family. I will create a safe and progressive programme for you to build your confidence at your level, whether it's your first time in a gym or you're an athlete. As a nutrition coach and with my background in sports science, I can help you with all aspects of your training and lifestyle. My sessions take place at the Studio BE private gym on Carden Place.

Loose weight

I create fun personalised programmes to help you achieve your dream body. We will work together with a combination of dedicated training sessions with me, including physical activity in your lifestyle and a healthy nutrition plan. 

Build strength

I will guide you through safe, progressive and effective strength training programmes. It is now known that strength training is important for health, especially in midlife and for women around their menopause. Feeling strong gives you confidence, helps your posture and makes your body feel good.

Train for an event

Train for an event with my personalised sport-specific training. I'll use my experience coaching world class athletes to develop a programme so you achieve a PB at your next event. Specialising in triathlon, running and cycling.

Achieve healthy aging

Functional movement, balance and strength training will help you to remain active and healthy into your twilight years. Sessions will be relaxed, safe and progressive to build your confidence in a variety of exercises. You will feel the difference in your everyday life.
